Ouchiepainhurtythingie.
Ow! Ow! Ow! My physical therapist wants to kill me, I can tell. She made me roll around on a big ball (like she doesn't trust me to do my exercises EVERY DAY), and row backwards on this dumb machine thingy. *whimper* I'll update more later - for now, just rest satisfied in the knowledge that I am doing all my errands today while wincing severely.
