Melting point

Holy carp, people! I've never had this many people sign up for my classes!

...except for maybe the trousers one. *That* was a full room.

Anyway, what it boils down to is that I need to make more Illumination class handouts - but I won't really know how many until Friday, so I'll just wait.

This advance signup thing on the University website is rather useful for planning handout numbers, but I keep having to revise my numbers upwards. At least the costuming class is full - it is automatically full at 25 people.

I will save coif patterns for people, but be advised, they're $10 each because of the material costs of producing them. If you still want one, there will probably be extras.

Lots of extras. They're the first in a series of patterns I hope to produce, so I want to see how they do in sales.

Anyway. The heat in my office is still high, it's hot at home, too, and it's been giving me nightmares. Maybe it's just me that's hot (temperature-wise; don't be going anywhere with that statement).

Either way, I'm overheated and I'm probably going to get a headache.

I want ice cream and a cup of tea. One, at least, I can get, so I'm off to get hot water.

I'm totally freaked out by this weekend, though - I can't believe the response to my classes. I always get this "what if no-one comes?" feeling about teaching (having had the experience), and it makes me nervous.
